- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries.
- Manage schedules and book appointments.
- Handle onboarding tasks for new clients.
- Act as a liaison between client and agency, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, preparing promotional materials, and managing social media accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
Compensation $16.00 per hour
