"I’ve been a State Farm customer for over 7-8 years, and always making my payments on time. Recently, there was an issue with my payment, which I was unaware of. Without any notification or warning, these guys canceled my insurance. I was completely blindsided by this and only found out nearly two months later. Now, they give me nearly doubled quote. What if I had been in an accident during this time? This is absolutely unacceptable and irresponsible on their part. The lack of communication and disregard for their customers is shocking. I expected much better from a company that claims to care about its clients. I’m deeply disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere especially after being their customer for more than 7-8 years."
